“they are cheating”
There is no information about an additional deposit of 150 euros during the booking process. We had already paid 100 euros for cleaning during the booking. However, the owner is now refusing to return our deposit, citing it as payment for cleaning. This does not seem fair. I would advise against booking at this location.
