“Fresh smell of goods”

The room smelled incredibly fresh. Same as the halls. The rooms are well soundproofed. It's great that you can go to the relaxation zone right from the room. Lots of towels available for the sauna. There was a clothes dryer on the balcony. And there was the best breakfasts I've ever had in hotels like this. Wide selection, everything fresh. I saw on IG that they bake everything themselves.

pleasant staff, spotless room, good breakfast, Lobby bar Modry jelen was great (staff and food), wellness included- we used only a pool, but only one kind of sauna was open during our stay. you could use other facilities like kuzelky (sort of bowling), darts etc for a little fee, a game room for children.free parking next to hotel. The standard room has a bathroom big enough, but shower itself is tiny. next time it will be superior room.

“Nice staying”

The location is very nice, a bit far from the center but we were looking for something that is a bit isolated, everything was snowy around and it was beautiful. The staff was very nice, and overall very good value for money.

We obtained room upgrade for free when we arrived. We had the best avalaible room quality. The room was amazing, only there was a very high temperature without AC. But AC was excelent, quiet and quick. Staffs were very professional, but i missed a little smile except once waitress. We had order breakfasts and dinner and that were very delicious. Pool is little, but very comfortable with all-day access. Sauna too, only with access from 4pm.

“Nice and cosy hotel with great food and other facilities”

I got a better room than I requested which was a very nice gesture. I liked the room and its scenic view from the balcony. The sauna and spa facilities were enjoyable.

We were immediately impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was great that the hotel was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our dog along without any issues. The food was definitely a highlight of our stay, with a fantastic variety of delicious dishes to choose from. We also appreciated the clean and comfortable room, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The rooms are new renovated, it is calm, the view is nice. The breakfast was ok, the breakfastb room still has some former flair.
