“While the airport shuttle was convenient, the room’s dirtiness and smell fell far below acceptable”
The hotel is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. Staff was flexible with the check in time. I arrived a few hours earlier but they allowed me to check in then.

“Needs A Thourough Cleaning”
I needed a bed for the night before catching an early flight. This hotel provided just that. The bed was comfy and I slept well.

No coffee maker as stated on websites, no working tv or tv remote not working to tv, no working phone,, internet only worked about 20 percent of the time.. most showing down or not connected.. one set of towels for two in the room.. i guess barely passable..

“They just want a quick buck they don’t care about customers very dirty fithy”
I had to sleep in a bed that smelled like filthy wet dog they never suggested that I could switch rooms I told them the same day and there’s no way to reach manager you have to email them and how t o reach them. She said no refund.
