Le Vivien is a brilliant little apartment, really well specified, with a sofa, TV, internet, kitchen with fridge. Really clean and the facilities were great. Parking right outside too. Really liked how the host left some water and biscuits for our stay, which was very kind. Very very impressed, and very good value compared to other basic hotels we were considering. Can't recommend highly enough. Although located outside town, it was very close (a couple of minutes walk) from a retail park with supermarkets, fast food restaurants and shops.
