Francesco is an exceptional host waited patiently near the apartment entrance to receive us with open arms. He then showed us the way to the unit and provided a very in-depth introduction of the house and a whole list of food / restaurants in the vicinity. He also orientated us how to get around within the city and made us feel very at home. The apartment is in spick and span condition, with vibrant and cozy colours in each of the bedrooms as well as the living room, making the place very cozy place to stay in. The location is excellent, easy to find and within 5min away from the main station. Food aplenty around the apartment.

Francesco was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is exactly as described. Comfortable, clean and well equipped (including basic necessities like sugar, salt, pepper, tea and coffee, paper towels..) The balcony is definitely a plus, especially for smokers. Great location, 200 m from the main train, bus and metro stations, including supermarkets. Only 10 minutes walk from Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore and 20 minutes from the Colosseum. Highly recommended.

Nice and friendly host, well-equipped kitchen, large apartment, clean and comfortable rooms, heating and air conditioning, bigger bathroom, location close to metro, bus station and train, shops and restaurants. We can recommend it.

the location of the place is very close to Roma’s main train station (Termini) and the host is very kind and friendly, he advised us and showed us where to go and what to do when my daughter got sick, the place is big compared with other apartments in Italy, it has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms, the hot-water never runs out and the heating system is adjusted to make the place warm all day. The kitchen has all the necessary items like spices, oil, water and washing soap for clothes. The entrance of the building is secured with a pass code and the neighborhood is safe.

It was very clean, neat, well maintained, cozy, with good room layout, fully equipped apartment with all amenities. The apartment is located 2 minutes from the main station and is close to many nice restaurants with traditional Italian food. Also, the owner was very polite, friendly, had tried to make a list of recommended restaurants/places to visit. Our experience in Rome was unforgettable, and we owe much of it to Francesco's recommendations because of the wonderful food we enjoyed.

Ideal location for using public transport to get around the many wonderful attractions Rome has to offer. Very close to Termini station so train, metro and local buses all easily accessible . The host, Francesco, was on hand to offer Amy information you might require and he was very helpful
