Our stay at Vinci house was great. The location was ideal and away from crowds which I liked. It’s also close to the train station which was ideal getting to and from the airport. Vincenzo was a great host, he sent us all the information we needed including a map which we used every day during our stay. The property was very clean, comfortable and the housekeeper was there everyday if you wanted clean towels etc. We would absolutely recommend Vinci House and if we do come back to Rome we will be booking again.

“A lovely Roman room with a view”

The room was comfortable, warm and quiet and location very good for the Rome Termini. Supermarket was nearby and we found a lovely little bar. Appreciated the electric jug to make tea. Vincenzo is very knowledgable and gave us excellent info.

Great apartment, well appointed. located near the Metro and Roma Termini. Easy walking distance to some significant sites.

Vincenzo was an amazing host. When checking in he gave us a range of different food and historical places that he recommended we ate and saw. We managed to eat in all of his recommendations and they were all so amazing. It was so lovely to have recommendations from him that boosted our whole trip! It felt like such an authentic trip! The beds were so comfortable and the guest house was perfectly clean. Loved the pressure of the shower too! The location was perfect as it was in a little more of a quiet neighbourhood but still being close enough walking distance to all the main attractions. Would recommend and stay here again. Vincenzo even left a bottle of Prosecco for me and my partner as we were celebrating his birthday!

Vincenzo was such a lovely host, he really made me and my wife feel at home and has a really good informative insight into the surrounding areas if you are looking for things to do, We would 100 percent stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was comfortable and clean, and had all the basics you need. Despite it being March and somewhat chilly outside, the room was nice and warm. Vincenzo is a wonderful host who adapted to our later arrival time and shared tips on what to see and where to eat. The flat itself is in a convenient location a few minutes' walk from Termini station, and about 15min walk from the Colosseum. Several restaurants, supermarkets, and (most importantly) gelato shops on your doorstep. It also had a space we could store our luggage after checkout as our flight home was in the evening.

Vincenzo was very nice and welcoming. He gave us lots of tips for the city. The room was lovely, it was very clean. Even though the road outside was noisy with open window, it was very quiet with windows closed. The location is very central, only few minutes walk from the main train station and it’s easy to walk to all the main sites from here!

Vinci house is the best place to stay in Rome. You have everything you need and it is located at a perfect place. Vincenzo the host is really kind and he gives great advice about city trips but also restaurants. He really helped us because we got unlucky with our car. 10 out of 10!
