Everything. The rooms are cleaned every day which is very rare for appartment rooms. the kitchen is well equipped (although I did not really use it). The room was very confortable. The host is extremely friendly and welcoming, was available for all my questions. Highly recommend.

Great host, extremely hospitable, specious and quiet room, walking distance to Vatican. The street where the room is located is full of various and good food places. There is a bus stop 64 just opposite the street that will take you to the main bus station. Do you need more? We would come back!

“Vatican view - a good experience”

I found the owner Roberta to be kind friendly and trustworthy. Her communications were very good with quick responses. There was good value for the price. I had my own room with en suite shower big window hot water and comfortable bed. The rooms are on the third floor and there is a lift if you need it. On entering there is a large lounge area shared by the three individual self contained apartments. I stayed over New Year and whilst I think someone might have been staying in one of the other rooms it was sooo quiet and the only person I met was Roberta who was very helpful with suggestions as to where to go though we resorted to Google translator for some of it which was great as though multi lingual hotel receptionists are fine it's good to meet genuine local people. The room is not 5 star luxury but is well located clean and comfortable. I was staying on my own meeting up with my brother and family who had previously booked in elsewhere. On my own I felt comfortable and safe and had no problems. For my arrival I whatsapped Roberta to say I was there and she buzzed me in remotely keys being in the room from there on and this worked well. I cannot comment on local transport as I used Uber and this worked well for me and didn't cost much. For supplies there is a late opening store across the street and if you do nothing else take one of the oranges back to your room and take time over it. At new year I had one each day and they were perfect. If you want the Ritz go to the Ritz but if you want fairly priced good accommodation this worked very well for me. Thank you Roberta.

“Quiet, safe, close to the Vatican.”

We stayed in the triple room, a spacious room, very clean, with a double and a single bed, very comfortable. One TV, coffee machine with capsules, sockets next to the bed to charge your phone cells, A quite large bathroom, equipped with everything you need. The room is part of an apartment located on the 3rd floor. You pass through a common living room, where with a little luck you meet for socializing with the tourists staying in the other room, If you don't feel like walking up the stairs, there is a vintage elevator that runs smoothly and quietly. From the room's window you can see the columns of the central square of the Vatican. Across the road from the building there is a mini market with everything you need, open until 10 pm. The location is excellent: in a 3-minute leisurely walk you reach St. Peter's Square of the Vatican. Between the location and the Vatican there are numerous terraces and cafes, and on the opposite side, about 300 m, a Lidl market shop. It is a quiet area, you feel safe and you can sleep peacefully at night. Mrs. Roberta, the host and manager, is a 10+, so kind and nice. Thank you! If you come from Ciampino airport, taxis to Rome have a fixed price, written on the cars door: 31 euros. In Rome there is no Bolt taxi service, but there is Uber. If you come by car, there are free parking spaces in front of the building, if you're lucky. I don't know if we will return to Rome, but we would definitely stay here again.

The property is spotless. It’s located in a charming old building with a quaint elevator and very pleasant and quiet surroundings. Peaceful and pleasant. Also, the room was very spacious with the common outside lounge and kitchen area. There are only three rooms and the common area hardly gets used. Very lucky to have so much space.

The property was really clean. It was in a great location, away from the central business of Rome, but with lots of lovely restaurants around it. The host was really helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

Everything was lovely, the room was a very spacious- much more room then you’d get in a hotel but with all the same amenities, even a turndown service which was a nice surprise as this normally isn’t a service provided in apartments. Very clean modern en suite bathroom. Great location with a bus stop opposite the apartment building that took you close enough to all the main sights. Roberta the host was very helpful, great communication and even gave us recommendations for some local restaurants. Couldn’t fault anything, extremely good value for money for the cost!

Great location, very spacious and comfortable. Coffee machine and coffee were excellent. Proximity to St Peter's Square was excellent. Also convenient to train and other attractions. Great restaurants across the road. Lovely old building.

The accommodation was lovely. The houselady was cleaning our room every day. The apartment and all our neighbours were realy quiet.The bus station is right across the street which is very helpful.
