Location superb. Warmest of welcome from Valeria and her Team. Our room was spotless and seemed brand new: shower excellent and bedding [especially the pillows] very comfortable.Daily cleaning and fresh towels supplied. Great to have access to small kitchen area and coffee making facilities. Very helpful to have the fridge in our room. Loved the recommendations for restaurants [some literally just a minute away] Can highly recommend and can't thank Valeria and her Team enough.

Amazing and friendly staff to check in, very helpful with great information. The location is great, very central. For a small bedroom + bathroom it is great value for money.

We loved our host Valeria, we couldn't of wished for a better host. She was enthusiastic friendly, knowledgeable and all round a lovely person. The rooms were clean and as we would hope. We didn't spend long in the room due to the holiday being action packed but the room and location was ideal. 5 minute walk from the colleseum also.

We liked the location, public transport was close by for the metro and bus transport literally outside the door. Nice restaurants within easy walking distance and finally but not least lovely reception staff.

We absolutely loved our stay at Colosseo Guesthouse. From the outset, communication was excellent. Valeria sent detailed instructions the day before our arrival, which were very easy to follow. We arrived at 1am and everything had been prepared perfectly for us. The room was very clean, and we could see the Colosseum through the huge double windows. There were also two bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. The location was excellent, with a metro station just a 5-minute walk to the left and a bus/tram stop only 2 minutes to the right. If you prefer to walk, the Colosseum is about 5 minutes away along a long, flat road. As we were out exploring most of the time, we did not meet the host until our final day, but she was so lovely. She asked about our trip and gave us some great dinner recommendations. We could easily have stayed chatting all evening. The room was cleaned daily, and nothing we asked for was too much trouble. If you are looking for a clean, friendly, well-located, and reasonably priced place to stay with a wonderful host, you really could not do better.

Valeria is a wonderful host. She was very helpful not only with the room but also with my questions about the city. She was very friendly. Even though I was traveling alone, I was given a huge room to make sure I was comfortable. I had to wait at the entrance because my luggage was heavy. I was worried about security because I was alone, but I had no problems. I was able to contact the hotel staff at any time, day or night. The sheets weren't very clean, but I had my own sheets and used them. Some reviews mentioned a problem with the hot water; it was cold after using the jacuzzi because a lot of water was used, but it warmed up again after a maximum of an hour. I never had a problem with the water getting cold while showering. The room was cleaned every day, and none of my personal belongings were touched. The location is incredibly close to everything. It's a maximum of 10 minutes walk to all public transport and all the sights you want to see. You can see the Colosseum and the Roman Forum as soon as you leave the hotel. There's a Carrefour right next to the hotel, and it's open until 10 PM. I was extremely pleased with my stay. They even came to check me out and escorted me to the door, and we had a great time chatting.

It was a small room but the location was excellent. It was right next to the Colosseum and lovely restaurants.

The hotel was really clean! They let me leave my luggage for free at the common area. Gave me a cappuccino when i arrived and were super kind and welcoming. Loved it!
