Overview
Just 200 metres from both the Opera House and Repubblica Metro, the elegant Britannia Hotel is set in a 19th-century building. It offers an extensive American breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Rooms feature a private bathroom which includes a hairdryer and free toiletries. An extensive sweet and savoury American-style buffet breakfast is served daily including cold cuts, eggs, sausages, and vegetables. “Can't fault it, would recommend to anyone.”
Staff were by far the best part of our stay. All of the girls on reception during our stay were so lovely and welcoming. When we checked out the lovely staff gifted Tito the teddy to our daughter who loves him! Room size wass okay size, very clean and air conditioned Location was perfect for us. Everything was within 20 minutes walking distance with plenty of restaurants and grocery shops within 5 minutes.

The attitude of the hotel staff, upon check-in and check-out, was very kind and attentive to detail. Although my stay was short, the staff's desire to be of service to the visitor is very clearly expressed. The hotel is not large, and the atmosphere is very cozy and predisposes you to relax. In the lobby there was citrus-flavored water and catering with savory and sweet things. The size of the room was normal, and it had everything you needed, including a well-equipped bathroom with cosmetics. It was my first time staying at the hotel, but on my next trip to Rome I will choose it again

“Fabulous hotel in a great area.”
The hotel was a quirky regency style. Beautifully decorated. The room was fabulous with a huge comfortable bed. The bathroom was marble and mirrors with a great shower. The staff were so friendly. Everyone from the reception staff, to the cleaners and even maintenance staff had a smile and welcome. Could not fault the experience.
