one reception staff was somewhat abrupt & rude to customers bathtub would not drain toilet was difficult to flush bedside reading light did not work view was of an overgrown, weathered rooftop

The stay at the Sheraton was solid overall. The room was clean and spacious, but the staff were not very friendly. We had an unpleasant situation during check-in; the lady at the reception was slow and called four of her colleagues for help. They were clearly discussing us in Italian, and in the end, we had to ask if there was a problem because it was taking so long. It was a very uncomfortable and poor experience.

Rooms are okay but showing a tiredness with decor, and general cleanliness bed was at least very comfortable!

Our second stay was better than the first. The lady in the dining room who name starts with M was a wonderful host and went above and beyond in service. She should be running the area.

Location seems to be a challenge but the hotel has free shuttle for drop off and pick up from the closest station. Also shuttle (fee) to the city centre and shopping complex.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. We stayed there the night before our long flight back home. We wanted to rest and sleep well and we did get that undisturbed sleep. The breakfast was lovely with a lot of options. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
