“Avoid at all costs”
There was little to like about this property, called it an apartment, the only thing to cook on was two hot plates, no oven , no microwave, no kettle to boil water , I used a pot to boil water in and throw in a tea bag . The bed settee was OK for a short break , but unbeknown to me the mattress had a protective sheet on it , I know the reason why, it was soiled all over , disgusting, I only found out on our last night. The bathroom smelled musty but the shower was good , the only thing about this room

It was everything we needed. Good location (right next to a metro station, close to Termini). Big fridge, moka pot, stove, pans and pots. Dishware etc. Good price too.

“Clean and basic - good location”
There was lots of space and rooms were a good size. I would describe this accommodation as 'simple'. Everything you need - but no frills. Clean, tidy. Shower is fine; bathrooms clean ... but basic Kitchen area and equipment was very basic. Location was OK - 20 minute walks to train station, Colosseum, about 30 minutes to Vatican etc. Metro station 1 minute walk.

“Cheap, convenient, and a great location. Overall, very, very good.”
The conditions were simply excellent for such a price. The location is perfect — just one step out the door and you're in the metro. Having the metro right there means you can get anywhere. It’s a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. The keypad entry was very convenient, so we weren't restricted by check-in or check-out times. Another big advantage is having two rooms and two bathrooms. Highly recommended!
