“Old school charm and perfect hosting”
Old school charm and extra touches like slippers and robes. Very comfy beds and a bath in our room. Absolutely fantastic breakfast really sets you up for a day of intense sightseeing. Staff were all super friendly and helpful especially in the breakfast room.

“A great 2 night stay. We would definitely stay here again.”
We loved the location. A few minutes walk from Flaminio metro station- so easy access to the rest of the city. However, if you didn't want to travel by Metro, many of the sights of Rome were within a walkable distance. Great bars/ restaurants in the area too.

The charm, decor and location are excellent. Staff are extremely pleasant and professional and very helpful Beds were very comfortable and nice selection of toiletries provided. Nice breakfast choices if a little expensive at 20E pp (if not included in stay).

The building was really nice. The room was a bit small but with a good sized bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast tasty and abundant. Position great as it is super close to a tube station and 10 Min walking to the Spanish Steps. However, the selling point of this place is the staff: very kind and professional and keen to make you happy. I really liked it!
