The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. We also appreciated the thoughtful complimentary amenities, including snacks, coffee pods, and a coffee machine, which made the stay more comfortable. The room itself was clean and tidy upon arrival. A particularly big advantage during the summer was the air conditioning, which worked very well and made a noticeable difference during warmer days.

“False advertising, pest problems and rude staff”

I am leaving this justified negative review based on my real stay experience. Prior to my arrival, I was promised that entry guidelines would be sent to me ahead of time, yet I never got any relevant message. Access information was only posted outside the building, leaving me feeling unsafe. On my first day staying here, I found dead bugs and hair on the bed. I spotted live bugs again on the third day. I reported the problem to the staff and showed them video evidence. Still, they refused to take any action to fix the issue. They claimed no pests were noticed during cleaning, and even tried to shift responsibility, saying the bugs might have been brought in by me. Other drawbacks also ruined my experience. The water pressure is really low, and the Wi-Fi signal is weak and unstable. Many guests have pointed this out in reviews, yet no improvements have been made. The service is cold and indifferent. Staff disregard legitimate complaints and keep passing the buck. What’s more, the actual room did not match the photos and written descriptions on the booking platform. No kitchenware was available, and there was no independent living room as promised. This is an extremely unpleasant stay. It is the only and worst disappointment throughout my entire journey. All negative comments on the booking platform are totally reasonable and well-founded.

Excellent location.Next to count square for the people.Excellent sandwich, shops, wine and breakfast shops.All within very , very close walking distance , less than a block and close to main attractions. The room was large and spacious, AC.Great , and the pop and water in the fridge was added bonus as well as the pastries and apples.

Friendly host, nice room with a great location

We had a wonderful 3 day stay here with my girlfriend. Everything was excellent throughout our visit. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a lovely touch, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and comfortable experience. We would definitely recommend it!

We were lucky with the check in, as we were able to occupy our accommodation earlier than expected, thank you very much for that. The people working at reception are lovely, helpful and intelligent professionals! The location is excellent, we walked almost everywhere -literally next to Popolo square, 15 min walk to Trevi fountain/pantheon etc.- if not on foot, the Piazza del Popolo and the nearby Flaminio Metro Station are just a short distance away. From here, there is a direct connection to Termini station, which provides access to the airport, and with one transfer you can easily reach the Colosseum. The building has a brand new, safe elevator. The apartment is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, with capsules, sugar, and small treats such as biscuits, tea, muffins and more. In the mini fridge there were canned Coca Cola, Fanta and two bottles of water, all complimentary and these are all refilled daily, which was a very thoughtful and much appreciated gesture. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, a hairdryer, a kettle, a wardrobe with hangers, a comfortable bed and multiple pillows were all provided. After check out, it is possible to leave your luggage at the reception for as long as needed, which is a huge plus, many thanks for that. We didn't upload any pictures because they are completely the same as advertised.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ripetta 25 in Rome. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed. The rooms were spotless and cleaned with great care every day. Everything was fresh, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. The service was not only professional, but truly warm and heartfelt. That personal touch made all the difference. During our stay, we unfortunately experienced food poisoning from a restaurant in the city. In moments like that, you truly see the character of a place. The team went above and beyond to support us. They helped us, thought along with us, and made sure we felt cared for. We never felt alone, and that kindness meant more than we can express. Ripetta 25 felt like a home away from home in Rome warm, safe, and genuinely hospitable. This review comes straight from the heart. You truly deserve it. We will definitely be back.

“Excellent stay in a beautiful city.”

Location, very clean, welcoming and Elena on reception was very nice and professional. Amazing free mini bar, restocked daily with essentials and treats. Kettle and coffee and tea and milk provided. Communication prior to arrival was exceptional so we didn’t have to worry about checking in and getting into the property. Elena very kindly organised the transfer to the airport as we were leaving in the middle of the night! The taxi driver communicated with us the day before and on arrival and was very punctual. The property is located 2 steps away from the Piazza del Poppolo, its very close to the Spanish Steps and not far from the major sites ( we walked everywhere and found it easy to navigate around) but there is a metro stop very close to the property if you’re not into walking. The property itself is spotless, warm and bright. It gets cleaned daily which was an unexpected but very pleasant surprise. Plenty of towels for 3 people, lots of space and very comfortable beds. Great touches such as free slippers, shower caps and toiletries were a great add on. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to everyone!!!

Lovely hotel in a great neighborhood — right in the heart of the action, yet located on a quiet street that allows for a peaceful stay. Major attractions are very close; you can even see Piazza del Popolo from the window, and the Spanish Steps are just a short walk away. The beds were very comfortable, the room was cleaned daily, and fresh fruit and snacks were thoughtfully provided. There was also a refrigerator in the room, which was very convenient. It’s about a 40-minute walk to the Termini area or the Colosseum, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Overall, a comfortable and well-located place to stay that I would gladly recommend.
