Perfect location, righr behind the colesseo and max 15 min to walk everywhere Clean and comfortable Patrizia is perfect host

2nd time here, Incredible position 100m from the Colosseum & the Roman Forum even closer.

Everything was as described and Patrizia is a very polite hostess. The room was clean and quiet although the area was super busy. We enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location. The host was very welcoming. We were able to check in early as our room was ready. Clean and modern. Despite being on a main road the room was very quiet.

My room was very clean and the communal area was very clean. All aspects had been thought of, giving those extra touches to make it feel like a hotel stay whilst still having a homely feel. The host Patrizia was very attentive and welcoming, ensuring I had everything I needed for a good stay and provided assistance through out my stay. Would happily stay here again.

This is absolutely the best place to stay in Rome — I can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is just perfect, only a few steps from the Colosseum and close to everything you might want to see or do. From the very beginning, the owner was incredibly kind and approachable. They reached out to ask about our arrival time, which made check-in smooth and easy, and they were always available for any questions we had. Their warm hospitality truly made all the difference during our stay. The apartment was spotless — everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. I especially loved the coffee machine in the shared area; it was such a nice touch and made mornings so much better. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though our room faced the street, it was surprisingly quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing. We slept perfectly every night. The owner also gave us great local recommendations for dinner and breakfast — both turned out to be amazing! If you’re visiting Rome, look no further. This place has the perfect mix of location, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We’ll definitely come back!

“Fantastic apartment in a great central location”

Fantastic apartment in character building located 250 m from the Colosseum. The room was clean and comfortable and much nicer than the usual contemporary hotel. There was access to a very useful small kitchen area with coffee machines and cold water etc. Despite its location on a busy street, the soundproofing from the double glazed windows was very effective so it was quiet overnight. The owner Patrizia was super friendly and very helpful, arranging transport to and from the airport.

I love how new and clean the bathroom was. The bed is very tight but just enough for me. The mirror is weirdly placed and tge aircon was a bit strange for being on without the air coming out but opening tge window was cooling so its not a problem except that it can be noisy outside

“First rate guest house in excellent location”

The suite and whole place was either newly renovated or superbly well maintained, and super clean. The room is well furnished and nice touches are provided to make you comfortable. A common kitchenette is well stocked so you can do your own food prep. The location is superb: a busy, safe part of the City between the main train station, the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, with plenty of neighborhood restaurants and markets and also an easy walk to the subway. AND #1 important - the air conditioning is excellent!!

The host was very nice and polite. The place is perfect, very close to the Colosseum and Forum, 10-15 minuts from the city center. All around there is places for eat and drink. The room was very comfortable, big and very clean. I strongly recommend it!

“Beautiful guesthouse in fantastic location!”

Fantastic location, really central and close to the Colosseum, walking distance to Pantheon, Piazza Navona and to Roma Termini station. Really well presented room with much care taken over the property - traditional ornate elevator and lovely stone floors. Hosts were responsive and helpful - although we didn’t really need anything! Check in and out was super smooth. WiFi available, water cooler for water refills!

The location is perfect. We did almost everything by foot or rented scooter. Very clean! The hosts are extremely friendly and always willing to help.
