“Was wonderful”

The Rooftop was wonderful. The View is breathtaking. It was the perfect spot , sitting up there watching the sunset with dinner and a wine. The staff were wonderful and the room although plain had everything we needed, was a great size and very functional. We had a lovely view from our room also. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Rome.

Wonderful location and a very warm welcome. The suite was so comfortable, views exceptional and the extra use of the wonderfully situated terrace for an evening drink, chat and further enjoyment of the skyline views was memorable.

Very cozy and very close to everything. Even Vatican City approx. 40min. by walk. Francesca was very kind and helpful and gave us advice to avoid tourist traps, restaurants etc. The breakfast is served in a restaurant within 2 min. by walk. Ham & cheese omelette with fresh orange juice and a cappucino starts up your day. We got a little map which helped us a lot to understand the city center not only on googlemaps. A bottle of wine, focaccia and a Roman pizza on roof top is higly recommended at golden hour. 😊 Will be back! Grazie! 🇮🇹❤️

The guesthouse is marvelous. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. As I suffer from backpain, I have to say that the beds are also very comfy. There is also a shared space, so you can order food and eat or make coffee. I guess they have considered everything. We will definitely come back to Rome, and we will stay again to this accommodation; maybe during spring or autumn, so we can enjoy the amazing rooftop as well. Thank you so much, Pierfrancesco!

So well thought out with every amenity provided. The welcome was personal and continued. What an amazing location next to Trajan’s Forum. The roof terrace was exceptional for watching the sunset over the Palatine Hill.

“Perfect place to stay in Rome”

It was in the absolute perfect position to walk around the city. You can sit on the roof terrace and look over The Forum. See the Colosseum and the top of the Pantheon. The rooms were comfy, clean and really affordable. Gianluca and the team were all lovely, super friendly and helpful.

What a gem of a property. It’s in a fab location, the staff were amazing, the room was spacious and the rooftop terrace was a real treat. We were also given a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our honeymoon which was much appreciated!

We arrived a little early after a 24 hour flight. Gianluca kindly went out of his way to get our room ready so we could get a shower and have a much needed rest. He made us feel very welcome and his suggestion (along with a voucher) for breakfast the following morning was greatly appreciated. The location was perfect for what we wanted to see in the short time we were in Rome. A pity we only had one night there.

The location is amazing, right in the forum. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and give you really good recommendations. It’s really good value for money and the rooms are lovely! Cant recommend enough!
