Excellent hospitality from the owners, perfect breakfast, cleanliness of the property. The position of the property is right in the middle of the most vibrant part of Rome. Easy connections to all sites in Rome with bus, tram or walk. Definitely would recommend visit.

“Fabulous guest house in the heart of Trastevere with fantastic hosts”

We had a such a warm welcome to the stunning property that had all of the facilities of a hotel but felt far more authentic, charming and homely. The self serve breakfast that was always open was such a bonus and being able to leave our luggage after check out meant we were able to enjoy every moment of our stay. Immaculately clean. Fabulous hosts made this a wonderful stay and I would love to stay here again in the future.

Breakfast was abundant and tea and cake was available at all times. Ursula and Davide were very friendly and hospitable and provided great recommendations for things to do in the local area.

Tastefully appointed, not like many other places full of IKEA furniture, this was a beautiful place to stay. Staff was very welcoming and flexible. Access to kitchen with breakfast items and coffee and tea. Good location in Trastevere. Multiple apartments available.

The breakfast is a self serve affair with a wide choice of quality products. There is no dining room so you have to eat in your bedroom. The hotel is well situated for shops and restaurants with a free bus to and from the station - with regular trains to the airport. The bus stops just outside the hotel. However the best part of it all is the warm welcome and kindness of the hotel owner and her family. (Her husband even delivered fresh croissants one morning after we had left and chased us up the road to give them to us!)

The super friendly and always willing to help hosts. As well as its flexibility with the breakfast. They had everything you may need in terms of breakfast and you could have it anytime you wanted (avoiding the strict timelines of standard hotels). You could wake up at 11:00 and prepare your breakfast as you liked it.

Lovely spacious room, well decorated and super comfy bed. Great shower pressure and temperature and we liked the shared kitchen feature by reception. Excellent location, walking distance to most major attractions. The hosts - Ursula and her son were exceptional! Could not have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would honestly book this place again just for the warm welcome we received!

The generous welcome by our host Ursula. The variety of restaurants and ambiance of the Trastevere district. The free availability of breakfast and snacks when required. The quality of the room including bedding and bathroom. The elevator and security of the apartment. The host also arranged a car and driver to the airport.

Beautiful large rooms tastefully decorated with everything you might need for a stay. The star of the show was Ursula herself and her ‘hugs.’ She made herself available to help with anything she could, without seemingly being present, leaving you to enjoy your stay and the beautiful surroundings.
