Facilities were fine, the room was clean and tidy although the reception is small going through the restaurant past dinners was uncomfortable

Great location, felt safe. Welcoming staff. Mirela the receptionist was nice made friends 😅. And Beatrice was lovely and helpful we were hungry she assisted us warming up food made sure we weren’t hungry 🤤. And Marco from the restaurant served us really well, enjoyed the coffee ☕️. The first night welcoming wine was lovely served by one guy forgot his name. Very funny guy 😂. The room was more than we expected, big space plenty hangers. Mini fridge was just extra as it was warm, we kept our refreshments🤩. Thank you for giving us a room with balcony I enjoyed the view with nice fresh air. Room service was great 👍. Enjoyed clean room after a long day 😍. Everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend ❤️❤️❤️

Location was good and bad, close to the terminal station and close to the bus stop but area where hotel is located is a bit rough outside

“Highly recommand , its like an all inclusive downtown roma .!!!”

The location of the hotel was just perfect , just a few minute walking from the train station and close to major attraction of the town. included breakfast was our best pick , so good , and the service was fast . start seated at 8h00 and finished by 8h20. Our room was located on the 2 nd floor, backyard side, no noise from the street, and the bed were very confortable. Also a good point to mention is the luggage room at the basement of the building , so you can safely leave your luggage lock and start visiting the city while your room is being prepared ! Special Thanks to all the personnal for their good work.

“Average stay 3 star basic accommodation with no reception”

Central to the Termini station and for exploring Rome. Room was well equipped but very tired and bathroom is completely awkward to use. Easy to check in and with app etc but no reception.
