“Absolutely wonderful!”
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Our flight was delayed and we only arrived at 2am, but the experience could not have been better. The staff welcomed us warmly, checked us in quickly, and even surprised us with an upgrade. The breakfast was incredible, with so much choice — everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and made for a very relaxing stay after a long journey. From the moment we arrived, we truly felt like royalty. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our stay so wonderful!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. On our first night we felt the room was to hot, although it was very cold outside and the next day we talked to Nice and she very quickly arranged for maintenance to come to the room. Later in the day the room was colder! In addition to the staff, the hotel has a very convenient location right next to Roma Termini station which for us was very useful as we traveled by train to Milan. Also, the back street of the hotel was the first stop of the City Sightseeing hop on hop off bus which we already had tickets for and we love using these busses for exploring. The room was very spacious, the bed comfortable, so was the bathroom with all needed amenities. Another major plus for the hotel was the breakfast which was very complete and with a lot of variety.

“Wonderful stay with outstanding staff”
The hotel was in an excellent location, and despite being close to the railway station, there was no noise at all. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming — even the housekeeper was always smiling and kindly prepared face masks for us in the room, which was a very thoughtful gesture after a long day. We would also like to praise the luggage staff, who were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel locates very near the Rome Termini station, so it is easy to travel there. The breakfast was very good; for example fresh orange juice. The staff was friendly. This time I didn't use the minibar, but there would have been a good selection.
