“Great Value for Money”
Very clean hotel with excellent value for money. Great location, close to the boat station and within walking distance of the main attractions. Easy access to the airport.

“Not recommended at all”
I received a bathroom that smelled strongly of urine, and when I complained, I was told that there was no cleaning staff available after 2 PM. I never had hot water in the shower, and I was only given hand towels, so I had to pay extra to get large towels. Due to the lack of care and attention, this place seems more suitable for students or backpackers. Maybe there was once an older generation that truly cared about customers, but this “new generation” seems to have no commitment or passion for their work — they only care about making money.

“Choose another place”
Really bad experience. The staff was rude, not welcoming at all. To my “hello” I got a “check in is only at 2pm”. Not even an acknowledgment that I was there. The WC was dirty. Hair all over the place. There was no toilet paper. Check-out is at 11am but at 9am there is already staff removing sheets from beds, loud and clear. There is a kitchen but not even a kettle to boil water. All quite disappointing. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS HOSTEL.
