- Ernesto and Paola were incredibly welcoming hosts. We arrived late due to delays at the airport but they waited and greeted us. They were especially kind and our children loved to chat to them - they also recommended a fabulous restaurant around the corner which was delicious and reasonably priced, not a tourist trap - rooms were clean and beds were comfy - excellent location just next to the Vatican - breakfast each morning with fresh coffee ane delicious fresh pastries

The accommodation is a stone’s throw from the Vatican museum and nearby restaurants which were recommended to us by our very attentive host Ernesto. The breakfast served the next day was delicious with a good amount of choice.

We had a pleasant stay with Ernesto and Paola. They were both very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. We really appreciated their hospitality and the effort they made to make us feel comfortable.

The room is bright , comfortable and cozy . Located just in front of Vatican museums, but you can easily reach center of Rome by metro : 7 minutes easy walk. Ernesto and Paolo are wonderful guests : provide all the needed advises and home like breakfasts. Highly recommended❤️

Everything was excellent. The location is ideal for visiting the Vatican, it is literally just across the street. At the same time, all the other main attractions are easily reachable, and the metro is very close. The host was fantastic: welcoming, helpful, and genuinely caring about making our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to others.

The accommodation is easily accessible from the airport by public transport. The owner will personally welcome you, is very communicative and tries to accommodate and help you in everything. The room is clean and cozy. We will not look for anything else on our next visit. Thank you Ernesto :-).

We had the most wonderful stay with Erny and Paulo during our two nights in Rome. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring—especially with our 7-year-old daughter, who felt comfortable with them straight away. They went above and beyond to help us make the most of our trip, giving us brilliant recommendations for places to eat, the easiest ways to travel around the city, and safe spots to buy tickets. Their local knowledge made everything so much easier and added so much to our experience. The breakfast was amazing. Omlettes, ypghurts, pastries, freshly brewed coffee. They looked after us so well and stayed to have lovely conversations with us, including our wee girl. We’re already planning to stay with them again. Highly, highly recommended!

Thanks Enersto and Paolo for making sure our short stay was comfortable and going above and beyond to ensure all our transport and activities were organised. The property was clean, quiet and very close to Vatican Museums which was ideal for us. On check out day we could store our luggage at the property which gave us extra time to explore Rome
