“flawless stay in Rome highlighted by exceptional, five-star service”

Weabsolutely loved everything about my 5-night stay! The property itself was fantastic, perfectly clean, and wonderfully comfortable for a trip to Rome. The absolute standout, however, was the amazing service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my trip was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and felt so well taken care of

Everything is exceptional. The host is nice and available. The room is clean, quiet, and has all the necessary items. You can help yourself with coffee and tee.

Silvana was very friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely, clean and freshened up each day. Toiletries provided if needed. A short walk to the metro station and a 10minute walk from termini metro. Easy to catch the bus to anywhere in the city just outside the apartment. Plenty of eateries nearby and Silvana was extremely helpfully providing us with a map of the key areas.

All though not in the city centre we liked the location, easy access to train and metro stations and 10 minute walk to the Colosseum

Great value for money in February. Owner was very friendly. Just 15 min walk to colosseum and less to train station or to catch coach to airport. Very clean, comfortable bed and super shower. Lots of cafes in the area.

The apartment is in a great location for exploring the city. The room was very clean and the staff were lovely. Was perfect for what we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks and the coffee machine that was available for use. Would stay again!

Even though everything was self-service / communication was online, the staff were really helpful and friendly and the bed was also super comfortable. The room was cleaned every day which was lovely.

Great place, just 10 minutes walking from the Collosseum. Metro is just few minutes away. Very clean place. Comfortable beds. Silvana is very friendly host. I have only positive words to say about this place.

Absolutely perfect place to stay for a week in Rome. Room was air conditioned and very comfortable, had everything we needed, and Silvana was so friendly and helpful giving us maps and advice, and special treats in the reception area every day. Daily housekeeping was wonderful and an added bonus. The apartment building is located in a quiet area but is within walking distance to the Colosseum and many other attractions, plus it is very close to Manzoni metro station and close to Termini station. There is also a delicious little pizza place right downstairs - so good. Thank you Silvana for making our time in Rome so enjoyable.

This is the best location in Rome so far: close to the Colloseum, the bus station, and the Termini. The apartment is quiet and very clean. We loved it. Thanks so much to Silvana and her son Sergio for everything. They are two kind souls who taught us many things.
