“Great apartment. Excellent location”

Nicely decorated apartment. Many attractions are walkable, we never needed a bus or taxi. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Nice host.

A beautiful, clean, and spacious apartment in a fantastic location near the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo. The surrounding area is full of shops, restaurants, and cafés, with even more options just a short walk across the bridge toward the Trevi Fountain (about 10 minutes). The apartment itself is exceptionally well maintained. A standout feature was the large, stunning shower in the main bathroom. Every room is equipped with air conditioning, and the entire place was spotless—we didn’t see a single bug, cobweb, or fly during our week-long stay. After a long journey, we were warmly welcomed with snacks and a bottle of Prosecco, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch.

Very clean. Excellent location: 1) near metro, close enough to sights. Not overcrowded location. 2) Excellent food spots near by and pharmacy on first floor of building. 3) Long shopping street is just near Very comfortable bed! This is important after all day walking.

Our host Lucca was fantastic from beginning to end. He was attentive, friendly, helpful and always available for any assistance. There were instructions and suggestions when we got to the property. The property is very spacious with new modern fittings. Loved the kitchen and having the washing machine was so handy. It was in a quiet neighbourhood and close to shops, restaurants, transport, site seeing & us going for our morning runs along the river. It really was a beautiful, safe apartment and we loved staying there.

Lovely host, amazing location, close to everything, and I mean everything! Look forward to come again and staying longer next time .

LOCATION, KITCHEN AND BED.

This is one of my favourite areas in Rome. Superb location! Restaurants, bars, bakeries, shops everywhere. The area is clean and the buildings are beautiful. Everything can be reached on foot. We travelled by subway only once to the Colosseum. Luca the property owner is very kind and the communication was easy with him.

Location was fantastic, please was spotless, host Luca was amazing!

Fantastic apartment in great location

“Home away from home”

Perfect location in beautiful Prati, which is a safe and central Roman suburb. Only 100m from the nearest Metro also for longer trips and surrounded by great restaurants, cafés and a supermarket and pharmacy. The apartment itself is secure and a good size, appears newly refurbished/renovated and spacious with the necessary amenities and elevator access. It was very clean and had air conditioning and the bed was comfortable. There is also a small kitchen with a stove, fridge and washing machine. Luca was very helpful for any questions and left a pamphlet of handy recommendations for the area. I would stay here again and will recommend to friends and family visitong Rome.

The apartment is nice and in a good location. It is also well furnished. Unfortunately the size of the apartment (loft) does not match the description on the booking.

The place was perfect!!! Well equip, large room, clean, very very helpful host, the air conditioning was great even in mid August heat of Rome. Very secure and lift to access the floor.

Very nice apartment! Good neighborhood, everything you need was close. Luca left some useful recommendations in the apartment. There is smart tv with Netflix etc, dishwasher and washing machine.

The room was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped. The property is in a good, safe region - relatively close to Vatican and the city centre, but not overcrowded - and well connected to the public transport system. There are several good places to eat and drink nearby - you should check the host's recommendations.

Great apartment. An old building renovated and maintained to a high standard. A very nice entrance with elevator. In fact, it is a large apartment (half floor) that has been divided into 3 apartments. Designed down to the smallest detail with complete privacy. You don't hear anything from the other apartments . We were 2 couples and took 2 apartments (and the 3rd apartment was also rented) The large apartment had a living room, a large dining area and a kitchen, plus 2 shower rooms. The apartment is very well equipped and very clean! You can see that every detail has been thought of, starting with the equipment in the kitchen which included everything needed (all the cooking utensils, cutlery, spices, electrical appliances including coffee capsules), and also storage places throughout the apartment, and in the bathrooms. Our apartment was very bright, and quiet because the windows are insulated from noise. At first I was looking for an apartment right in the center near the Spanish steps but we were happy with the location we chose, because it is both central and far enough away from the (crazy) hustle and bustle of the tourist center. There is a large supermarket and several good restaurants near the apartment, which we ate in two of them. Dealing with Luca was convenient and simple. He was available for everything we needed. The instructions for entry were very clear and we were not dependent on reception hours. Very convenient to come and go at any hour.

everything was very clean. The apartment is very spacious, in a great neighborhood. And the owner is always available and has paid attention to every detail. I recommend!

This is a hidden gems, highly recommend, close to lots of restaurant, supermarket, transportation, tourist spots. The place itself is modern and clean as like the pictures shown.

“Perfection”

Everything! The communication with Luca was fantastic from before arrival until after departure. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were a magnificent choice! The apartment is so handy to everything that is required and then some! Unfortunately for me, I was quite sick during my entire stay, however, with having everything at our doorstep, including a pharmacy right next door (added bonus for us the lady in there was Australian, so knew exactly what my husband needed and could offer the Italian alternative) We opted for a late check out and arranged a driver through Luka to get us to the airport. Way cheaper than a cab! The driver was incredibly interesting and so polite. Highly recommended. If ever we come back, I know where we will be staying! Love the toiletries that are used also. They lather and smell devine! Instructions on how to enter the building were incredibly clear. It made our entry effortless. Other agencies need to learn this.
