“Excellent location and clean room”

Very convenient, comfortable accomodation. However there is no lift. There are a lot of stairs. The receptionist was very kind and helpful and he carried all the suitcases for us. But we had to check out early to catch a flight, we had to carry all suitcases down the stairs.

We had a wonderful time here. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The location was perfect and the room was cleaned perfectly everyday.

Spotless room. Cleaned everyday. Towels changed everyday. Enough space to be comfortable. You are provided with a key of both your room and the outside door so you are free to come and go as you please since reception is available 9am to 6.30pm. They are very communicative on the chat at all times. Good quality coffee machine. Good sized wardrobe and safe available in the room as well. Mini bar full and cools effectively. They held the luggage for us until check in time so that we could go around in the meantime without having to carry it with us and then they put it in our room themselves. They also held the luggage for us on the last day till after check out. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Location, facility, staff..everything is very satisfactory. This hotel made my family' journey wonderful.

“Décevant”

The bathtub was leaking, and after requesting a goodwill gesture, the manager pretended not to know about the issue, even though he spent an hour assessing the problem. A combination of bad faith and great dishonesty. I do not recommend this place, unless you want to get scammed!

Excellent location 2 mins from Piazza di Spagna and off Via Condotti, amongst all the shops and restaurants. Metro station 3 mins away. Bed and pillows very comfy. Room nice, bathroom big. Coffee machine in room.

A convenient location, near to 2 main attractions (The Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain). Metro 5 minutes away. Lots of places to eat and shop. Hafiz from the hotel was really helpful checking us in and helping with our luggage and any questions we may have. There was plenty of space for us in the room and it was VERY clean. Although breakfast isn’t provided, there was a complimentary fruit bowl (reception) and coffee in the room with biscuits. But not even 1 minute away you could find breakfast. We would definitely stay here again

The location is seriously amazing! Can’t get any better! The rooms were nice and clean. Restaurants and cafes are right next door. Nothing not to like at this hotel.

Do not stay here. The stairs are ultra steep, several floors, the room has old furniture and needs a major renovation, dark brown colours, and old rusted water faucettes in the bathrooms. Flooring is made of plastic juttes, not at all hygienic. Ultra overpriced not worth 800 euros for 2, nites, and we were only 2bin the roo m. There is no receptiob, you have to anniynce arrival time and departure time Over priced, the sir confitioner didnot work properly ser at 26, bout felt like 30 plus, the bathroom of this so called júnior suite, cannot be air conditioned properly since the bathroom is on the douth side, heated by the hot sun sll day!! Thus wasvdupossed to be a junior suite, more like a big double room, the pull out couch covered in disgusting jutted material, cheap everything, everywhere!!! The worst is the faucettes in the bathroom are rusted !!!, a health danger for people not vacinated against tetanous, so we brushed our teeth with bottled water!! Noise, the fist nite, people were making noise with the huge luggages that are lugged up and down the steep stairs, it seemed from the noise thar lugguages are thrown down the steep stairs, its a problem. Do not stay here. Shame on Booking.com for not verifying what they freaking sell !! This place deserves 2 stars out 5, location is 5 stars but location has other better and newer options. Rusted faucettes in bathroom are a HEALTH issue ! Way overpriced. No, I DONOT RECOMMEND it.
