Overview
IH Hotels Roma Z3 is a design property in east Rome, near the GRA and A24 motorways. The hotel offers free high-speed WiFi throughout, ultra-modern rooms and a state-of-the-art gym with Technogym equipment. Rooms have contemporary furnishings, air conditioning, a work area and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. The American breakfast consists of an extensive sweet and savoury buffet, including freshly baked homemade cakes. The à-la-carte restaurant serves classic Italian cuisine for lunch and dinner, and gluten-free and vegetarian options are also available on request. A tram stopping 800 metres away has services to Termini Station. Tecnopolo Tiburtino is a 15-minute drive from the property.

“About this stay I feel like I was scammed.”
The room was dirty, and they charged me with a fee of 90e for the reservation wich supposedly I get it back after I paid the full amount wich I did and still haven't received the fee money back in my bank account.

“I was disappointed at my stay.”
The prise in the booking.no was including tax. But when I arrived at the hotel they ordered me to pay 30euros extra. And they gave me a room with out shower enclosure. I asked the receptionist to change me a room with extra payment. But the receptionist told me with disrespectful manner that he didn’t have a room. When I checked out I discovered that I forgot an Item in the hotel. I made a call and told them that I forgot a thing in the hotell, but they said there was nothing in the room. I was disappointed at my stay in the hotel.
