“Beautiful place - would return”

It's a beautiful, quirky hotel that's wonderfully decorated. The gardens are gorgeous and the breakfast was great! The staff and location were super.

The staff, the view, the location and the room were all excellent or even better. The bed was comfortable too and the room’s style is lovely.

It is a stunning hotel, it is for people who like to stay in an authentic neighbourhood with quiet at night. It is so aesthetically appealing, in everyway really. Breakfast was yummy.

Nice and complete

“Great location, great staff, very comfortable and classy.”

First off the location is very good. The Aventine Hill is a quiet leafy suburb. Very green, full of birdsong. Main attractions are not far even on foot. Hotel is between 2 metro stations Circo Massimo and Piramide- each 10 mins away. And very useful buses 23, 3O at bottom of hill 5 minutes away or 118 circular at CM. Traditional district of Testaccio at bottom of hill, full of eateries at moderate prices and offering local specialities, and some a bit more niche and pricy. Staff were quick and helpful with recommends and bookings as with much else.

Friendly reception, helpful in booking local restaurants. Very good breakfast, Upscale peaceful residential area, an oasis after a hard days sightseeing and crowds, yet barely 30 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Comfortable bed,, if a little hard.

Stunning foliage and decorations, was the main reason I chose this place to stay. The evening meal was delicious! Staff were friendly and very attentive. Eateries were close by. Only a half hour walk to the Colosseum and an hour to the Vatican or the train station.

The place was beautiful, clean and with great cost-quality ratio. The staff was always kind and polite. I am definitely recommending this place and I will surely stay at the hotel again

“Luxury in a oasis of tranquility”

It is in a very quiet area away from the noise and hectic of the city. Staff was really friendly always time for a chat and a laugh. Rooms are comfortable stylish and clean. Great breakfast and great restaurant with excellent food.

“Great hotel and wonderful staff”

Loved the building itself and the location was terrific! The staff were beyond fabulous! Friendly and efficient all rolled into one! The "Lobby" was like a warm hug and had wonderful drinks available to residents! The complimentary breakfast was terrific (although the toaster needs to be fixed or replaced!) Terrific coffee and cappuccino every morning! The staff were so lovely (particularly Leonardo & the Asian fellow whose name I couldn't pronounce!) and the serving staff in the restaurant (the Nest) particularly "Janet" were more like friends than staff! And the food in The Nest was fabulous (especially the hamburger) and filling! This was a perfect choice for our Roman holiday! Highly recommend!!

The staff in the hotel are all lovely. Breakfast is delicious and in beautiful setting. The neighbourhood is quiet and elegant and close to town. Parrots squawk in the trees. Perfection.

“A wonderful hotel to discover Rome!”

This is a beautiful hotel renovated to accommodate the modern world! Wonderful views and a delightful area of Rome. The staff went above & beyond for the guests. Leonardo and the wonderful staff in the Nest were just delightful particularly Janet (not her name but she looks like a friend's wife and I can't remember her name! 😂) The gardens were spectacular and the restaurant so good we ate there 3 times! And breakfast every morning was included and was lovely! The cappuccino were some of the best yet! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or come back to stay here! A wonderful place!
