Location for train station excellent. We only stayed 1 night Best thing was reception staff. They were so pleasant and helpful especially Lisette.

The hotel was lovely, and the staff were excellent. They couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. They were on hand for anything we needed or just advice or where to go and what to see.

Very close to the train station Termini and metro, there are a different stores at Termini. Very frieandly and helpful stuff. Good breakfast. The room was very quiet.

“A nice cosy hotel in a central area very close to Roma Termini.”

The property is well located , within walking distance from Roma Termini. Besides that , most of the Rome landmarks are nearby , though not all such as the Colosseum or the Borghese gallery are walkable. However, Uber and Taxis are easily assessable. The staff are very helpful and nice. The hotel provides free sauna for its residents. That’s nice if you have the time and wish to relax after a long day on your feet.

Breakfast was good, nice coffee and something for every taste. Staff particularly pleasant and helpful. Room a bit on the small side but had everything we needed. Lots of hangers in the wardrobe, quiet room and comfortable bed.

The hôtel is well located, near Roma Termini Station, restaurants and supermarket close to It. Davide was very nice and friendly with us at the breakfast area. Services are reasonably good, rooms, beds and bathrooms were clean and well equiped, though the infrastructure looks and smells quite old.

Location is strategic (close to the train station and also walking distance to popular spots and attractions), rooms are clean and decently sized, staff are helpful and friendly, gym equipment is basic and sufficient.

“A quiet, friendly oasis in the heart of Rome”

We had a brilliant view over the Diocletian baths in a quiet room with a wonderful shower and good tea and coffee facilities. So close to the train station, walking distance from key tourist sites, excellent breakfast, amazing staff. This hotel was at the end of a long European tour for us and we were really grateful for it as it really exceeded our expectations, was terrific value for money and you can’t beat the service of an enthusiastic, welcoming and engaged team.

Waiter Davide at the breakfast buffet was outstanding, friendly, helpful, supportive, with a great every morning smile, the location nearby Termini and metro stations is perfect, a great Italian restaurant La Famiglia for locals on same street, the hotel staff was great
