“It is definitely worth returning to this hotel.”

We stayed at the hotel for four nights and were very satisfied. The room was spacious and faced the street. An additional attraction was the live performances by local musicians playing for people in the nearby restaurants. It gave us a real feeling of a typical Italian street. The staff were very kind, especially Ms. Flavia and Mr. Alessandro. For our return to the airport, we ordered a public taxi through the hotel. It was also an interesting and authentic ride with a local Roman driver — a very nice Italian man — and we had some engaging conversations about the past and present. The breakfasts were tasty, although there could have been more fresh fruit already sliced, for example oranges or kiwi. That would have made things much easier, as it was not possible to open the kiwi with the knife provided. The people serving coffee at breakfast were also wonderful — always smiling, friendly, and kind.

“A very pleasant stay”

It is located on a busy street Borgo Pio. The staff are lovely and we were upgraded for free due to us being on honeymoon. We arrived early and the staff stored our bags and also took them to our room, along with putting flowers we had bought in a vase. We were very thankful for this.

Overall it is a good hotel, visually pleasing, very good location close to Vatican and with numerous touristy restaurants right outside, comfortable even though small room.

Breakfast was adequate if you like cakes! Many different types of cake. Fruit selection was poor - only apples and tinned peaches. No Parma ham, just synthetic looking ham and dried-up scrambled eggs. Bread ok. Generally adequate but not tasty in any way. Room was on the smallish side and bathroom looking tired. 338 € per night - I would have expected better

The location was excellent just near the Vatican and lively street scene, breakfasts were excellent with a great selection. The room was comfortable and clean maybe needed some maintenance in the bathroom as cracks in the shower tray.

Fantastic location & helpful friendly staff. The only downside with the location is that there are restaurants in the street which are quite noisy until late, and our room was directly above.

“Friendly hotel with character on a lovely street close to the Vatican”

The hotel was on a lively pedestrianized street, with outdoor restaurants and cafes. But the rooms were quiet. It was very close to the Vatican, but also many sights in Rome were within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed breakfasts and our evening drinks.

The hotel has an excellent location for visiting the Vatican and is well connected by public transport for exploring the rest of the city. The customer service really stood out, every member of staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is very comfortable and pleasant overall. Breakfast could be improved a little, but it was still a nice start to the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to others.

We like the property because is clean the staff so professional, and helpful. The kitchen staff so brilliant and always smile. And kindness.
