Hotel was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and had a large variety. Swimming pool is easy to acces and is very clean. Staff is friendly, helpful and polite.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and excellent facilities. Matteo and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We loved the pool and really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. A very comfortable stay in Rome and would definitely recommend it

Unfortunately, the sound insulation was very poor. We could hear conversations, doors, and other noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway as if they were inside our room. This significantly affected our comfort and quality of sleep.

I liked the location and the price wasn't too bad. Pool area nice - but wifi doesn't reach it so not useful in that sense. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bonus Europa 2 shopping mall next door which was really useful. Nice reception area. Rooms kept very clean.

Relatively close to the city centre, but off the beaten tourist track – so ideal for seeing the ‘real’ Rome. Excellent breakfast provided and a plethora of superb local bistro/trattoria restaurants!

The location for exploring Rome is excellent! You have bus stops in front of the hotel. The parking is perfect. Rooms comfortable enough for what we needed.

The value was exceptional and the amenities offered were perfect. The breakfast was very good with a huge variety. Great location to mall as well and easy to get to the center. I appreciate how quiet it was. There were spaces to sit outside as well.

“THIS HOTEL IS NOT SAFE!!!”

THIS HOTEL IS NOT SAFE!!! My passport went missing along with cash while it was kept inside the hotel room. When we reported the situation to the reception, they insisted that this “never happens there” and implied that we must have lost it somewhere outside the hotel. There were no cameras or access records available to verify who entered the room, which felt very convenient. The next day, while we were inside the room (after housekeeping had already cleaned it), a man entered our room without any explanation. He was followed by a hotel staff member who seemed to be covering for him, which only reinforced our suspicions. At check-out, the only response we received was: “Sorry for the inconvenience.” Losing a passport abroad is an extremely serious situation. On top of that, knowing that someone can enter your room without authorization is deeply concerning, anything could happen. Please do not risk staying here!!
