A great location that truly delivers on its promise — steps away from Piazza di Spagna and the Spanish Steps, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The atmosphere and decor of the property have a charming, intimate character that felt genuinely Roman rather than generic hotel. The staff were attentive and warm throughout our stay. A few small things could be polished here and there, but nothing that affected the overall experience meaningfully. Would recommend for couples or anyone wanting to be right in the heart of Rome.

We had a wonderful stay over Easter. As a family of 5 it can be hard to find room configurations that work but Maison Roma’s family suite was perfect, offering privacy for parents and kids alike within one suite. It was my husband’s 50th birthday and the staff went above and beyond helping to book restaurants, making recommendations and providing wonderful drinks and pastries to celebrate. The location was excellent on a beautiful, quiet, yet historic street near the Spanish steps. Highly recommend and hope to return.

“Highly recommended”
The hotel is excellent. The reception desk is staffed 24/7 with courteous and professional receptionists. Our welcome was perfect, with a warm smile and a full, detailed explanation about the hotel and the nearby attractions. Whenever we needed assistance, they were always happy to help. At first, we had an issue with the room, and the staff made every effort to resolve it. In the end, we were upgraded at no additional cost so that our stay would not be affected. The hotel is located in a perfect location, very close (about a 3-minute walk) to the Spanish Steps and the main shopping street. The breakfast is generous (though not very varied for those staying many days), and the rooms are very clean.

“Central and comfortable”
The location was superb, super central and close to the spanish steps however isolated from the crowds since it's in secluded street off the main road, so whoever is there for shopping it is most ideal. It's also a few minutes walk to taxi stops and the metro and the park. The breakfast was superb in quality and variety, the rooms were comfortable for a quiet nights' sleep.

Outstanding location - in a beautiful quiet street yet central and very close to the Spanish Steps - a perfect venue from which to explore Rome. Gorgeous boutique hotel with all facilities needed and exceptional, friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.
