Stayed for two nights snd checked out today 13 March 2026. This stay was very comfortable, quiet even with the shops and restaurants downstairs. Love the super super clean room. Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee capsules, few flavours of tea, sweets and all cooking utensils, crockeries are clean. Bathroom stocked with towels, slippers, hair drier and of course shampoo, conditioner etc. Have to say it is totally spotless. I can't believe that it is only rated 3 star stay. I would rate it 5 stars. Just one stop from Cavour Metro to Rome Terminal and Colosseum just 2-3 mins walk from hotel. Walking distant to Panteon, Trevi Fountain and other places of interest. Location is top notch Cleanliness is top notch Host is top notch It is everything that a guest can hope for when booking a stay❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Its been a lovely stay. Room was lovely, had everything I needed. The location was perfect few minutes walk from Colosseum. The neighbourhood of Monti had a lot of nice restaurants and caffes. Check in and getting into property was very easy.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect—set in the heart of the Monti district, it offers easy walking access to all major sights while providing a peaceful retreat. The entire building is very well-kept, and you can see from the moment you enter the lobby that everything is handled with great care. ​The accommodation itself is tastefully designed; the simple, minimalist aesthetic is elevated by impressive artwork and a lovely library, giving the space a warm, homey feel. Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s rest. ​What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality. The owners were always available for local restaurant recommendations (it was also great to have some excellent tavernas just a few steps away) and were very accommodating with luggage storage. A special highlight was the touching birthday surprise—a box of chocolates they left for me, which was such a thoughtful and moving gesture. I warmly recommend this place😊

Just a 5–7 minute walk from the Colosseum. Great restaurants nearby, and the check-in process was very smooth. Definitely recommend staying here.

“Great choice in the center of Rome”

The accommodation was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. The room was as described. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. The location is excellent, close to the Colosseum and other Roman monuments. Termini station is also relatively close. Despite the central location, the room was quiet and there was no street noise.

Lovely guest house. Easy to contact, self check in and out. Easy to find. Clean, very nice accommodation. 3 minute walk to the colosseum. Highly recommend.

“Perfect for solo traveller”

I had a lovely and comfortable stay here and felt very safe as a solo female traveller. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Good strong hairdryer. Everything is provided here - tea and coffee in the kitchen as well as free bottled water to take anytime (so convenient!!) and an umbrella which came in really handy when it rained. Location is unbeatable as it’s just a 5 min walk from the colosseum and 10-20 mins to the other attractions in Rome. Highly recommend this place !

“Great accommodation with an elevator!”

Great shower and rooms with a communal kitchen. Location is ideal if you want to be close to the Colosseum but a little further away from the other tourist sites.

Perfect location, almost in Colosseum 🤣! Very clean, refurbished apartment (modern style) with a kitchen area and refrigerator. They provide you as a complimentary water & coffee every day!
