“Comfortable, in case you don't need air conditioning to get a good night's sleep.”
The hotel is very beautiful and has a wonderful breakfast. It wasn't included in my room rate, but it was well worth paying 12 euros for breakfast. It's very complete and delicious. The breakfast staff are very attentive and kind. The room was also comfortable, although quite small.

The website stated air-conditioning. But the air-conditioning was turned off and couldn't be controlled from the room. The window was also locked. So it was hot in the room for 3 days. It was not worth it for €351 for two nights.

The hotel is in a good location, but the breakfast selection is poor, but the biggest minus for this hotel is what we did not expect, after cleaning the room, we returned in the evening and could not find the bath bombs we had bought for the child for 50 euros, we did not have time to go to the reception to find out how they could have disappeared from the room, this behavior of the maids was very sad and at the same time surprising, so be careful if you are already missing small things

“Nice area but expect a bit more for a 4 star hotel.”
The area was less touristy, and we could see and feel more like the locals. Good options of caffes and places to grab a bite. a lot of commodities around, and close to bus to city center.

“The only highlight of the hotel is the basement breakfast area - Nothing else”
The staff in the restaurant in the basement were welcoming and warm, particularly the male staff with the bald head was very polite. Breakfast - had a reasonable variety of options and the coffee was delicious. The double bed in the room was very big and comfy. Housekeeping are punctual and worked very hard to clean our room everyday, and they were quite humble.

I like the contagious smile and happy spirit of the staffs, Chiara, Valentina and Lorenzo. They made my check in smooth, problem free. The j. suite is spacious. I can move around without bumping. ☺️ The location is perfect. Bars across,to your left and right. Walking distance restaurants. I slept well at night,

I felt comfortable and safe staying in this hotel. I chose this hotel for my 46th bday relaxation. I slept well. The location gave me a peaceful sleep and warm welcome. The staffs, Valentina and Aurora, were very accommodating and gave me a charming smile while attending to my check in and document verification. They made my check in hassle free, the way I wished for. Miss Carmen at the Gray's Restaurant of the hotel was very nice too. She suggested a glass of wine to go with my meal.

I had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I slept well. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staffs Valentina and Aurora at the reception who made check - in smooth and easy. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely book my future stay here soon.

I like the feeling that I am special guest. The staffs are all accommodating. Valentina and Flaminio are very welcoming. They made me feel important guest. Room is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. I enjoy my stay the way i want it. Zero-drama. 😊
