Hotel in excellent location. Breakfast room in the basement which is unfortunate.Good selection of food for breakfast. Staff were very helpful and dealt with our admin errors very quickly.

“1+1 DAY stay at Rome”
Very central location . We could even walk to Vatican city (~an hour stroll and do our browsing of shops along the way). The staff at reception were friendly and very helpful. We left our luggage behind when we arrived in the very morning before check in time…hotel is also very conveniently located within walking distance of Terminal station.. Our tour group started on day 2 of our arrival so the hotel allowed us to seamlessly stay in the same room for the second night without our having to check out on day 1 and check in again…( on day 2)… There is also a modern lift on level 2 and an “ancient lift” fr level1 to our rooms… the lifts took forever to come…so we mostly ended up walking up/ down stairs if we had no luggage….

Very nice, clean and well staffed hotel. Fantastic location close to the main train station and also within decent walking distance of all the main sights. Good sized room, large comfy bed and nice well equipped bathroom.

This hotel is in a great location to explore the city on foot. The breakfast was really nice, staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, being able to open the window is great.

“Spacious, Clean Rooms and Excellent Location Near Termini”
We stayed in a spacious triple room that was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom has an exhaust fan, which is especially helpful in the winter. Breakfast is well served, with a great variety of options. The staff are kind and courteous, always attentive and willing to help with anything we needed. Housekeeping service is also efficient. The location is excellent, close to Termini station, with many restaurants nearby, including the hotel’s own restaurant and.
