Our experience at this hotel was honestly terrible. The staff were not welcoming at all, and communication was extremely frustrating. When contacting them through chat, every time we asked for something, they responded with something completely unrelated. Asking for A and receiving an answer about B became the norm. At the reception, the attitude was even worse. While giving feedback about the problems we experienced, the employee barely even looked at us. He kept staring at his computer, said a quick “sorry,” and simply continued what he was doing. It felt completely disrespectful and dismissive. The bungalow itself was a disaster. The entire structure literally shakes when someone walks inside — everything moves as if there is a small earthquake happening. It felt unstable and uncomfortable. The heater rack did not work, and the thermal insulation is catastrophic. While the outside temperature was around 21°C, the bungalow reached 30°C according to their own thermometer. It felt more like a sauna than a place to relax. The only positive point is the surrounding nature, which is truly beautiful. However, transportation is complicated and unreliable, and reaching the train station requires around a 15-minute walk. What is completely unacceptable is that the hotel is refusing to provide me with an invoice. First, they falsely claimed they had already given it to me, which is not true. Now they simply refuse to send it. I have already contacted Booking customer service and I am still waiting for a proper invoice. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

after 00.00 you can`t leave the car in the internal parking, so we need to walk 20 minutes to get to the room,

A bit far but still good connection with the city center using the train at a few minutes walk. There is a Carrefour opposite the camping which is convenient. Easy access and check-in. Big swimming pool with good background playlist. Being able to do the laundry was a big bonus. The bungalows were also very cute. The coffee from the bar was reaaally good, and the breakfast was also very cheap.

Very nice campsite in an OK location. Easy access to Rome by car and public transport. Food in the restaurant was ok, kids playground was good. Staff very nice. Very good AC
