Room is massive and well spaced, separate toilet and shower area with a bidet. Lovely balcony room and balcony is very spacious. Great pool side, breakfast spread is very impressive wide range of options for a filling breakfast. Staff are pleasant and room was always cleaned throughout my stay. Air conditioning worked, bed is extremely comfortable and bedding is really good. Room also have a desk and chair (office -esque) Can't complain at all. Located close to the bustop although google may be misleading with how long it takes to get to the bustop but it is in a good location. Just need to find the right buses should you choose to use public transportation.

Great stay at Ergife Palace I really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is big, clean and well looked after, rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff are polite and always happy to help. Breakfast has lots of choice and everything tastes fresh. It’s just outside the centre also getting around Rome is simple and fast. Good value for money I would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Property had no Wifi in our rooms. As tourist it is crucial to have wifi to plan our days but the wifi was not strong enough to reach our rooms over 3 different bookings/rooms with this location. In my last stay I heard a couple fight so bad, I genuinely felt the female was in a life threatening danger. It went till 3AM and I had to go down to reception to immediately call the authorities as I heard a lot of banging. The staff downstairs looked at me confused and didn’t believe me, they asked to go back upstairs and see if it is still going. But the staff’s keys were so loud and alerted the dangerous male, we were not able to catch him. Needless to say the staff are not really reliable, multiple times I called for new room towels or tissues but they never came till after the 3rd call. When paying this price the staff should be alert to cater to the guests, we did not feel this. Also the hotel cancelled one of my 3 bookings with them without any warning or communication. So when we got to the hotel I had to rebook my extra stays under different bookings and pay their city tax in euro’s an extra 2 times! If this happened in any other hotel this should have been wavered at the minimum at offered compensation for our troubles. Also no free water tap in reception, the bar made us go buy a bottle from the snack vending machine.

Property has beautiful pool area, unfortunately missing a spa for this size of a hotel and outdoor space not used. Great gym.

“Good conference hotel”

I stayed for a conference and it served its purpose. The hotel is quite big but easy to get around. Room was nice and big with a balcony. Nice amenities with proper shampoo, soap and slippers. I had read some daunting reviews online but was nicely surprised. Internet worked well. Breakfast was fine - of course very italian with lots of cakes, but other more healthy items were also available.
