Location, room size, the overall hotel experience

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel. From the very beginning, the staff demonstrated outstanding responsiveness and professionalism. Although the room initially assigned to us did not match the room type we had booked, the team handled the situation exceptionally well. They listened to our concerns, acted promptly, and upgraded us to an excellent room that exceeded our expectations. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. The chef, restaurant staff, and bar team were all friendly, attentive, and highly professional, always making us feel welcome. The food was simply exceptional—every meal was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and of the highest quality. A special thank you to the entire team for their dedication to guest satisfaction. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We look forward to returning in the future.

We asked the overweight employee for a glass cup at night, but he refused. He gave us paper cup and sent us away. The employee the next night gave us quickly and without causing a problem. There was no need for him to do that.

Beautiful balcony to sit and to get air sometimes. Very good windows which shut outside busy road noise. Very spacey common areas. Location is great in the local people's area, good local restaurants too (unlikely in centre of city).

Stayed for 4 nights with a small group of friends attending attend in a rugby international match. The hotel was ideally located for our purpose. The hotel is set in a predominantly residential area, with a pleasant and safe atmosphere, served well by authentic bars and restaurants. Our room was clean and well appointed. All the staff were friendly and engaging. Breakfast was extensive and good quality. Would happily return and recommend.

The hotel is situated in a great and quiet area, away from the noise but close enough to enjoy things. The staff was amazing and very helpful

Breakfast was really good, room was fully equipped with toiletries, comfortable beds, we got a free upgrade to our room which was really nice, staff were really helpful with all of our questions and provided information and solutions to our inquiries, free water bottles in the fridge, close to Piazza del Popolo (like 10 minutes walking distance).

Very helpful reception staff, nice little balconies, very good breakfast choices, exceptional changing of towels and bed linen. Many sights within walking distance. Good eating places nearby.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean room with nice (small) terrace, a few minutes away from the metro station, close to the Tiber river. You can also walk to both Vatican and Piazza del Popolo if you want.
