We had a wonderful stay in Domus Serafino. The accommodation was in a fantastic central location, making it easy to explore all the major sights on foot or via Metro (which is only a few minutes walk). The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communal living space and kitchen with an espresso machine, large fridge and microwave. A special mention to Marco, who provided exceptional care and service from the second we booked to even after we left. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Close to the Vantican Museum and the St. Peter's Basilica.

“Lovely, clean room at an amazing location in Prati”

I second what others before me have said, Marco is an amazing host who's helped us every step of the way. It was nice we could leave our bags here before the room was ready to check in, and even after checkout before we had to head to the airport. The location in Prati is amazing: close to the metro, lots of restaurants around, and it's way more quiet than the city centre. You can get to the Vatican quickly, or even walk to the area of Piazza Navona in around 20 minutes. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with air conditioning and a private bathroom. We loved that there was an iron we could borrow and that we could put drinks and food in the fridge in the common area.

The apartment was clean and reasonably comfortable for a short stay. The location was fine, and overall the accommodation itself was acceptable.

Location, cleanliness and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay at Domus Serafino. Marco was a brilliant host and very attentive and quick to respond to any queries. The guesthouse is in a lovely location near the Vatican. It was very quiet at night and felt a safe area. All major sites in Rome were in walking distance. The room was very clean, spacious and well maintained. We will look to rebook if we are back in Rome!

Everything is great about Serafino. I just felt at home. And Now I say to myself I have a warm, lovely home in Rome. Marco is the owner of the guest house. He is very kind, helpful and friendly. The location, the apartment, the room, the living room is so comfortable and clean. Domus Serafino is one of the best part of our journey in Rome.

We had a very pleasant stay in Domus Serafino. Easy to reach from airport, close to many attractions, comfortable, clean, nice hosting. It is a six room flat each rented seperately. You need to be in contact with the host especially before your stay as they are not always in the premises. And a hint, the local restaurant just near the Domus Serafino building is an excellent choice for having a nice dinner. In summary, I strongly advise Domus Serafino.

Great apartments in a quiet area, just a short walk from the old town, metro, and buses. There are lots of cafés, shops, and supermarkets nearby. Everything was very clean, with daily cleaning and good Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly, and Marco was always ready to help. We really recommend this place!

Marco was an excellent host with prompt and useful answers to questions pre-stay. It was finished to a good standard, our deluxe room was spacious with comfortable bed and decent shower. We didn’t find any English news programmes on TV but actually that was a good thing.

“Lovely stay in Rome”

Lovely building and welll appointed rooms. Lots of room which is rare for European hotels. The rooms were cleaned everyday which was great and tea/coffee facilities both in the room and the shared living room space was plentiful. Unfortunately a water pipe burst on the street which caused a water shortage but Marco did his best to top up the water in the hotel water tank and provide us with drinking water to manage the issue. Communication with Marco was easy and he was very responsive to our questions and provide great recommendations. The location was great with all the sites very walkable. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
