“A fabulous little boutique hotel that punches above its 3 stars”
This little hotel really punches above its weight! A fabulous location in beautiful and charming Monti which is not as busy and crowded as Centro Storico. Comfortable beds, very clean and lovely complimentary toiletries. A 24 hour reception with obliging and helpful staff who were able to arrange an early check in for us after our very long flight. A nice little rooftop cafe for breakfast or evening drinks. Restaurant downstairs.

Great location! You can see the Colosseum down the road. All the main attractions were in a walkable distance. Bathroom was modern, double vanity and decent size shower and towel warmer. Had a nice mid rooftop bar where breakfast was also served. Friendly and super helpful staff from reception to bar and breakfast! They had free activities you could join at different times of the day. We could only do the Tirimasu making class and the night Roman forum walk, our guide Fredericho was super friendly, knowledgeable and gave a great tour! Both activities were a great way to meet people and learn about the history, definitely recommend especially if it’s your first time in Rome. They also had a great restaurant downstairs which had a really good tasting menu. I had the best gnocchi I’ve ever had!

“Perfect location for a short stay in Rome”
The location was fab for being close to the Colosseum, surrounding area of Monti was lovely for small bars, trattorias etc. All of the staff were wonderful & very helpful, breakfast was great, could really fuel for a day of exploring

“Perfect”
Staff were very friendly, breakfast excellent at the cosy rooftop bar, stylish furniture, new bathroom equipment, large shower, location central yet quiet, and we even received a free room upgrade! The condominio runs its own restaurant for which we received a voucher, and they also offer city tours.

“Modern, clean hotel in great location with superb, friendly staff”
Lovely, welcoming staff. Both the reception staff and those who served us at breakfast and at the rooftop bar were helpful, friendly and couldn't have done more to look after us. They made our stay. Fabulous! The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise as we know you don't get as much for your money in Rome in comparison to city breaks in other countries . It's modern, well decorated and very clean. V comfortable bed and spacious bathrooms. Hairdryer and radio a nice touch. Good breakfast offering in rooftop restaurant with indoor and outdoir seating. Lovely freshly chopped fruit, yogurt and cereals plus hot offerings znd lits if breads, cakes and pastries. Great location, near nice restaurants, bars, gelataria and minutes walk from the Colosseum. Easy to get to from airport. Direct train to Termini ( main station), then 1 stop on underground and 7 min walk to hotel.

Little breakfast buffet on the roof was a little oasis of calm in the morning, wonderful friendly staff, great range of breakfasts - from cooked, to cereal to fruit & yoghurt and amazing cakes and freshly made coffee to order - and a little glimpse of the Colosseum can be seen too
