The hosts Andrea and Silvia, are very nice people. When we arrived, they had prepared a lot of food. Everything we needed to feel comfortable was provided. The house is wonderful, comfortable, and decorated in a modern style. We felt right at home.

Silvia was extremely helpful and assisted us with every question we had. One of our travel companions has a gluten allergy, and she recommended many excellent restaurants for us. She also carefully selected the contents of our breakfast basket so that it suited everyone and was more than enough for our stay. The accommodation is not located directly in the city center, which made it peaceful and less crowded. However, the metro that takes you to the main attractions was only about a 5-minute walk away, or even closer. There was also a bus stop right next to the building that took us into the city center as well The whole apartment was very well equipped — we found everything we could possibly need (iron, umbrella, dishwasher, washing machine) Next time, this will definitely be our first choice when looking for accommodation

Owner Silvia was an excellent person, offering help and recommendation in Rome. Super location near public transportation. We felt like home.

I would say that the apartment was much more comfortable in real life than it looked in the pictures. It was also very clean. The owner, Silvia, was super friendly and helpful. The location of the flat is amazing — it’s close to the city centre, and it’s very easy to get to and from the airport by taking just one train. Amazing! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends if they plan to visit Rome.

It was a very clean and tidy apartment with every facility that a family needs like well equipped kitchen appliances and utensils, ironing board, furniture etc. The owner was super friendly and the place was close to bus stops, train and metro stations.

It’s even better than the images; very spacious, clean and great location to get to all the main sights in Rome. It was so lovely to be a little away from the centre but close enough to explore this wonderful city. Silvia is a fantastic host, thanks for a great stay.

The hostess is very friendly, met us outside as we were with a wheelchair. The apartment is very spacious and bright, there is everything you need for a comfortable vacation with your family. Location too. There is direct transportation to the Airport by train or bus to the City Center. The neighborhood is quiet. In walking distance there is a grocery store.I recommend definitely stay here.

The appartment was very central, the metro being just a 5-10 minute walk away. The appartment is very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Silvia was the perfect host and offered all the help we could ask. We enjoyed everything during our stay in Rome, thanks.

First of all, the apartment is super nice! Everything you might need: comfortable bedrooms, very clean bathrooms, a cosy living room and an elegant kitchen where you can have breakfast or prepare some meals. The neighbourhood is very friendly and well connected to various means of transport (bus, metro, train). And the hostess is an extremely nice woman, kind and helpful with everything we needed! We spent a few marvelous days, it was a great experience!

Nice choices for breakfast and you have little shops right down the corner if you want something else. Silvia prepared everything that you need for a light morning breakfast. The location is located right next to the train station and it has very good connections to the subway and bus lines that takes you directly to the points of interest. Silvia is a magnificent host and can provide you with all the hidden gems in Rome.

We were contacted after booking and given many tips on what to do and where to go before we got there. We were greeted at the train station upon arrival and shown around the apartment. We were directed to the local bus stop which brought us anywhere we needed to go, and we could text and ask for any advice on how to get to certain places.

Everything was very nice! Our host (really fun person btw) was amazing, helpful and made us feel really welcome. The house was lovely, bigger than we expected and we had everything that we needed. Having a variety of snacks for breakfast was also very nice. At night it was quiet so we had no problem sleeping. The area felt safe. Overall we really had a great experience at Silvia’s place! We would love to book this place again if opportunity arises.

Silvia is lovely lady, positive and smiling, ready to help in every situation. She will give you all information. Everything was great, appartment is wonderful, big enough for group of people. 2 big rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with everything you need..85 bus in front of appartment, also metro is close..I am very happy I found her profile. Her husband waited us at the train station, he is lovely too. Would recomend this place to everyone who is coming to Rome.
