Everything was prefect from room to breakfast to hospitality.

The location near St. Peter’s Square and the Vatican is ideal. The metro is just a short walk from the accommodation. Access to the building is very well organized throughout the day. The shared areas are well equipped, and the rooftop dining area with a view is absolutely fantastic. The breakfast and staff are excellent. Everything is perfectly functional and well prepared.

We were very kind received by Casa Martini, and we appreciated the location which is near everything you want good restaurants, best gelateria, metro, attractions, markets. The room was clean and the breakfast diversified.

Excellent location close to Vatican attractions. 10 mins walk. I was able to visit St. Peter Basilica early morning to skip lines. Good metro connectivity to Rome & Roma termini. Good breakfast & supportive staff & owner. Well equipped kitchen & we were able to prepare child meals. Breakfast is served on roof restaurant, good city view 😀

“Warm family B&B on very good location”

Nice family B&B situated in a central, but quiet area. Just next to metro and in walking distance of Vatican, Castello St Angelo and some good restaurants. Very friendly host that helped us with sightseeing tips and restaurants/shops. A nice breakfast was served every morning on the rooftop. We stayed here for 5 nights with our 2 kids and would certainly go back for our next visit to Rome.

“Quiet and safe place to stay”

The beds were comfortable and the room was big enough for the four of us. We requested a room with a bathtub and Gianluca accommodated our request. The daily breakfast was great! They cooked us each our own omelette and even cooked us some bacon.

Perfect location. Clean apartments, delicious breakfast and very friendly and helpful hosts. It was a pleasure to have breakfasts among such people :) strongly recommend Paulina

Perfect location in a quieter part of Rome, very well appointed room which was a good size. Breakfast was really good with plenty of variety and the recommendations from Gianluca were perfect

The location is phenomenal, most of the attractions is within 30 min walk which is absolutely perfect. The breakfast is also very good, the eggs are freshly made for you and the atmosphere is perfect as it is at the terrace of the building. The room was clean, and everything inside is very well maintained. Big screen smart tv inside was a big plus, especially for the kids. The staff were really nice, helpful and we found all the recommendations for visits, walks and restaurants printed out for us in the apartment. Great value for money.

Breakfast was great! We've been traveling with a celiac and needed gluten free food which turned out not to be an issue for the staff. We also quickly discovered that there are a lot of great gluten free places around the hotel and were able to buy food and eat out. Breakfast was super tasty with fresh tasty eggs prepared to each of our likings and a selection of jogurt, bread, cakes, fruit as well as freshly brewed coffee and juices from the box. Loved the fact that the breakfasts are served on the rooftop terrace with a splendid view. The location is great, very close to subway and walking distance from Vatican. Definitely a place worth recommending and one we will choose next time we travel to Rome.

Me and my 2 children stayed for 3 nights last weekend. We absolutely loved it. Gianluca and his staff made the stay even more exceptional. They couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel is located right at the metro stop for the Vatican. To reach the Vatican on foot, you walk through a lovely shopping street. The area around the hotel is safe and pleasant. The city center can also be reached easily either with a longer walk or by metro. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is an elevator in the building. We did not encounter any problems during our stay. The management is wonderful, and the breakfast is good. Gianluca is an amazing host. He prepares a few nice routes on the map; even though it was not my first time in Rome, it was very helpful. Everyone is very friendly and positive. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.
