“Great location near Termini with warm and friendly staff”

We had a very pleasant stay at Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Santina. We stayed in Room 612, which was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is excellent, just a 3-4 minute walk from Termini Station, making it very convenient for getting around Rome. The buffet breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, providing a warm welcome and helpful assistance throughout our stay. A special mention to the lady at reception who kindly offered chocolates to my son - he absolutely loved it, and it was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay - great for families and travellers looking for easy access to transport.

Centrally located 3 mins from Termini Station, Airport Shuttle at front of Hotel.. Rooms are well maintained and excellent Buffet Breakfast. Hop On Buses also at door.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Patrizia was very helpful explaining the breakfast which was so lovely and friendly. Special mention to Nadia who was so helpful and looked after us so well.

Perfect location. Right opposite train station and hop on and off bus. Very clean hotel and very friendly staff. We parked our car also at the hotel.

1) Excellent location - walking distance to Roma Termini - even with our 3 large check-in suitcases - we just walked in to the hotel. also during entire stay , sightseeing - it was very easy to hop to metro and commute to places. 2) Courteous staff - even when we told staff that certain vegetarian dishes were not available, they promptly made a fresh and served. 3) Breakfast spread was AWESOME.. We are vegtarian.. during the trip in different hotels it was difficult to get more than bread for breakfast. this property exceeded expectations from that aspect.

Very helpful and friendly staff, really clean hotel in an amazing location (you cannot get better location if you plan the sightseeing), good breakfast (it is not something obvious in Italian hotels, unfortunately)

Room was lovely, comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was amazing. They stored our luggage for a couple of hours for us.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff

Booked a double and a single bed, but only got one at first. Had to wait 20 mins for the staff to set it up. To make things worse, the room was very dusty and poorly cleaned. We spent an hour cleaning the room by ourselves.
