The personal in charge to manage the lobby provide a kind service. About the facilities were very clean. The quality of the towels and duvets were supreme.

The apartments are in an excellent location for most of Rome's fantastic and historical sights particularly Vatican City. The staff and reception were exceptionally friendly and caring. We are also eternally grateful to the fantastic receptionist who called for an ambulance when our son unfortunately became ill on our last day. During a stressful situation, their kindness and assistance were greatly appreciated and we are all very grateful for the care and concern shown to the family. Thank you to the whole team for helping when we needed it most.

Reception staff were friendly, informative and cery helpful. Open until 10 pm which is very helpful. Vending machines and seating in the main office area. 2 courtyards for use, full laundry facility, great parkette for the kids, fenced in dog park at the endvof the road. Each floor has a wrap around inner balcony with tables and chairs located outside of the rooms so people coukd drink, dine, smoke or read a book overlooking the courtyard. Quite charmin. My husband kept commentingcthat it reminded him of Melrose Place. Room was a decent size. Had all we needed to cook simple meals. We had a top floor room so we had a roofctop balcony that contained 2 lounge chairs and a small dining table and chairs which was a bonus. The room was simply decorated but had all that you needed. The area had shops, cafes and restaurants close by but was nice,and quiet in the evening even though it was located 15 minutes from the heart of the action. There was a park with a walking path right beside the complex. You coukd take a 25-30 walk and be at St. Peters square which was great if you didnt want to deal with the hassle of driving and finding parking. Would definately book again. Free parking on site is very convenient as well.

Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly great location for our Vatican tour - we walked there bus route easy to navigate easy communication via WhatsApp with real time updates (our flight was delayed and could have impacted check in arrangements, they organised airport transfers easily for us)

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean. The Apartments provided a laundry service. The location was convenient within a short walk to a shopping centre, a bus stop and metro that provided service to many key Rome tourist locations such as the Vatican. Highly recommended!

Giada was so lovely! We got a very warm welcome and loads of good advice. Apartment was very clean, warm and spacious. Definitely my favourite thing about Aurelia Apartments was Giada!

We loved the location first of all. The building was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. The owner / manager was extremely helpful and friendly.

The woman on reception was lovely as so helpful in helping with places to go and see. The room was nice and clean.

We had a great stay. We were greeted by very friendly staff who answered all our questions and gave us advice on sightseeing in the city. The room was equipped with everything we needed. The fact that we were only a 15-minute walk to the Vatican was also welcome. There is also a shopping center, bus stop and metro nearby. We parked our car for free next to the hotel. I recommend it to everyone.
