Immaculate apartment with all the facilities needed for a family stay. Very convenient location. Had wonderful eateries just within a stone’s throw. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

A very good apartment in the heart of Rome providing authentic Italian experience. Coliseum and other places of interest are nearby, also different kinds of transportation, 24h supermarket and many restaurants.

Everything are old and in not a good shape … smell disgusting and a lot of mosquitoes at the night. One of the days the elevator is not working…

The breakfast was great and the croissants were fabulous . Juice and coffee , top quality . The beds were very comfortable , the rooms were so individual and very clean . Sweet little balcony too. The appliances were best quality and the whole set up was perfect . The two gentlemen on the desk were so helpful , nothing was too much bother . One receptionist who was there the most ordered us taxis ,gave directions , advice and was very professional but so friendly too. The location couldn’t have been better , 5 minutes walk from the Coloseum , the street felt very safe , with lots of restaurants and cafes close by and a convenience store. All in all was the perfect base for our four night stay in Rome with our grandsons . Thank you

very bad and terrible apartment, never again,we paid 3 nights more than 700 euro,is very high price that kind of bad and terrible apartment, in this flat have no window in the bathroom,bathroom was very small and exhaust air was so terrible nousy,in the kitchen no window and no kitchen hood, in the bedroom aircondition that only aircondition have was so nousy that we can’t sleep and we inform to the property owner and at the reception nothing done with the problem,they don’t care about costumers, better booking hotel room in the Eur area of room with buffet brakefast is more cheaper. Eur is much more clean and green area of rome, by metro line A 15 minutes to the rome city centre.

Its a great location just an 8 minute walk from the Colosseum, in a quiet area. There is a great local cafe and choice of restaurants at very reasonable prices. The breakfast was okay and did a job, though probably would have preferred to have take something locally.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to the Colosseum, which made exploring the city very easy. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you for allowing us to leave our luggage at the reception for a few hours on our last day — it really helped us enjoy the city stress-free before our flight. The breakfasts were also excellent every morning. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Not much liked unfortunately… badroom like in red light streets pain for the eyes. Good that we found normal light. Good that there is balcony even you see other people windows

Great location. Practically around the corner from the Coliseum. Nice, cosy, small flat. Has a good size balcony. Nice, fresh croissants provided every morning. Decent restaurants around the corner.

Everything. From the minute we arrived, everything was fantastic. The two male receptionist’s were so helpful and welcoming - a credit to the place. Great location with plenty of restaurants about. Also handy to the Metro. Breakfast consisted of croissants, juice & cereal, perfect for a light bite before setting out for the day. I highly recommend staying here and I would definately stay again!

The owners were very helpful and informative before and during the stay. The apartment had all the things we needed. The breakfast was delicious and generous.
