We wanted to be close to Vatican City so this apartment was ideal. The view of St Peter's Basilica was great: especially at night. Only 5 minutes walk to the Basilica. We bought bus passes through Atac and got to the other attractions easily. Some great restaurants close to the apartment and a mini supermarket which was handy. Roberto met us on arrival and was very thorough in showing us around and explaining how to get to the attractions. He recommended a restaurant (Papa Rex's) which we went to on our last night. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The apartment itself was clean, orderly and had everything we needed for our stay. You can even get on to the terrace for a wonderful view of the Basilica. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

My family and I really enjoy the stay here. Very good location with only few minutes walk to Vatican City. The apartment is well maintained and full with useful equipment. Roberto is so nice to introduce the city and help us occupy a parking spot in front of the building. Absolutely a great choice to in Roma.

“Excellent family break in a wonderful city”

The location was perfect for travelling in and out of the centre of Rome, and we had amazing views of the Vatican. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Roberto was an excellent host, full of knowledge of Rome and offering advice of sights to see and transport options.

Roberto was so helpful and genuine from booking to staying. The apartment was wonderful. The beds are very comfy. Amazing view from the roof. The food laid on was just right. It's within walking distance of all sights. Busses are easy, too. The apartment is on the 6th floor and has a lift!

Location was hard to beat - only 10 minutes walk to St Peters, 5 minutes to the S Pietro train station and easy access to buses to take you to other parts of Rome Breakfast was a nice touch, made it easy for our children before heading out for the day We were there during the July heatwave and the air conditioning was awesome - a welcome escape from the heat during the day (and evening) Roberto provided a huge amount of info on the sights of Rome, the best options for public transport / booking taxis and was always available to answer any questions we had - we couldn't have asked for more and definitely recommend the property - thanks for a great stay

“Excellent location, superb host very close to the Vatican”

The property was ideally located a short walk to the Vatican Museums and St Peter’s Basilica, close to a great supermarket and many restaurants as well as 2 launderettes. Roberto was an exceptional host right from the initial booking he was very quick to respond to our questions, he arranged our taxi transfer and as we requested even provided excellent alternatives to his normal sweet Italian breakfast provisions. He greeted us at the property and gave us a quick tour of the property and roof terrace, as well as useful information about key sites to visit and the best way to get around. We like to do our own catering when away and we found the kitchen provision to be excellent some of the basic ingredients were already available in the kitchen cupboards. During our stay he was very easy to contact and responded very quickly. Roberto was the best host we have had in all our years of renting holiday accommodation.

It was spacious 3 bedroom apartment with an elevator which we all appreciated by the time we got to Rome.

Roberto was excellent, he was looking after us from beggining to end. He help us to do the check in late in the middle of the night as our flights were late. After that he gave us a nice bottle of wine to enjoy our stay. He also helped us with important information, tourist information, buses etc. He gave us the notice for the check out on time and helped us to get a place to storage our bags. In General, was absolutely Brilliant!

We loved everything and Roberto was exceptional arranged taxi from airport to apartment then met and greeted us on arrival full of loads of advice and tips on how to get around places to go to. Very friendly all round. Definitely recommend staying here
