“Bathroom smelt of stale urine, really dirty room.”
Room smelt musty, surfaces dusty and floor dirty. Bathroom smelt of stale urine, hairs in corners, dusty services and frankly disgusting on floor around toilet. Hallway carpets dirty. We arrived late and only stayed the first night as we were so tired after travelling for nearly 36 hours. Had booked for two nights checked out early but not willing to provide refund for 2nd night despite state of room. Very disappointing especially for a usually reputable chain.

“A Great place to stay!”
The location was perfect since my family was close by. The staff was great. I had a broken frame in my room and let the staff know and they handled it great. The breakfast was great as well.
