No customer service and to answer for guest calls or any requirements, poor in guest experience and even phone calls

Rooms weren't ready for check in at 1500L. Room cleanliness was below standard, had garbage in room for two days before housekeeping removed it. Visited Rome for a wedding, many from the wedding procession stayed at the hotel. Again, rooms were not ready when most attempted to check in. Expected more, especially with prices set at over $200 per night.
