“Please make sure that people are checked in properly especially if it's a booked room!”
When I checked in I the desk person checked me in without My ID and gave me a room around 1:30pm when I was about to Go eat with my partner around 5pm sombody walked in and apparently got Checked into the room my partner and I were in I don't know why Nobody put into the system that my room was checked in I won't Be staying ever again if that's how things are being ran.

“Disappointed this location isn't any better than the Motel6 in Rolla, which I have booked as well.”
The check in Clerk was very pleasant as well as efficient. The lobby was clean and inviting. Breakfast had a variety of sections that looked good as well as in a clean kempt area.
