Comfortable, well equipped, clean, good location not far from the autoroute and very quiet. Easy internet access. The host was responsive and helpful . We arrived very tired on a freezing night. The house had been well heated for us and English tv programmes thoughtfully provided

The property was perfect for our 1 night stopover through France, and would be very good for longer stays as well. Clean, well presented and the owner was very attentive to our questions. We will stay again if we are passing through!

Great location for a stopover on way through France - only 5 minutes from the motorway. Lovely enclosed garden for the dogs. Everything was clean and tidy. Local bar/pizza place was fabulous. We really enjoyed our overnight stay!

Enclosed garden - we have 3 dogs. Close to the motorway. Great halfway point between Calais and the Western Alps. Clean, tidy and comfortable.

The house has a really great 'home' vibe, you can see people used to live there, the décor is terrific, the rooms comfortable and decorated with taste - it's basically the exact opposite of a 'hotel'. The house just felt like a really natural place after a long drive from the alps, to just walk in drop our bags and everyone found a room and just had a great night sleep. The host, Alex, was really nice and helpful, we arrived very late (close to midnight, yet he was available and answered questions etc. he even turned on the exterior lights so we can find the place easily (apparently there's a blackout in the village from 21.00(?)). The charger was super useful driving an EV. In general the communications were great (also in English). We didn't see much of the village, the house is in a quiet residential part but the village seems large by French village standards and there's a *mind blowing* 'American diner' in a bus(!), that was rightly recommended by Alex, we arrived too late for dinner but did mange to grab lunch the following day - and it was both tasty and super cool. There's also a big garden with a BBQ and a pizza oven. We will definitely stay there again!

If your dog and electric car come together and you like a bit of space and privacy then this the perfect location. The house is surprisingly spacious and well equipped. Exactly as described. The village is quiet and the canal side area is pretty with grass and great to stretch doggie legs after a long drive. There’s a decent Boulanger and chemist and pretty little restaurant (unfortunately closes at 8pm). Having a type 2 7kW charge point that just works is absolutely ideal if you’re planning a trip using an EV. The surrounding countryside is pretty, and the location is perfect for traveling up or down France, or staying in the area. Communication was efficient and quick at all times. There’s a key safe so you just turn up, unpack and open the wine in the fridge.

Great house with plenty of space, nice fenced garden and well equipped kitchen. With an electric charger sufficient to overnight charge a 90 KW electric car to 100%.

Cosiness of the whole house

The very spacious sleeping facilities, four double beds, in 4 separate bedrooms, fabulous! Also, we arrived very late (around 1 am) but due to the automated arrival system, everything was super easy and we were falling asleep in comfy beds in no time!
