We had a great time. The host is very friendly and helpful. Chaloupka is located directly at a ski slope, it’s a great location for hiking, e-biking, and surely skiing (although we stayed in summer). The place was very comfortable. It was a bit too hot at the upper floor but we stayed there during a heat wave and it should not be a problem in normal weather.

We stayed in this house with my husband and friends for New Year’s and had a wonderful time. Our expectations were more than met. The place feels like a real winter fairy tale with snow all around and a very cozy atmosphere. The location is perfect for skiing and snowboarding. You can ski directly to the house or walk about 10–15 minutes to the ski rental and cable car. Walking up to the house is not difficult. I am pregnant and managed it even in the snow. A snowmobile is also available if needed. There are restaurants and small bistros nearby. The house is new, very clean, and very warm, which is especially important in winter. It is well equipped with all towels, dishes, and appliances. The beds were perfect for us. They might feel a bit firm for some people, but we really liked them and slept very well. Our backs were very thankful. You can clearly see that everything in the house is made with love, high quality, and well thought through. The sauna is great and available for an extra fee. Finally, the hosts are amazing. They are very welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help with anything. We were absolutely delighted with the house, the hosts, and the surrounding area. Highly recommended, and we would love to come back again!
