A small, but extremely cozy apartment right in the centre of Rokiškis - you have everything you need, a table, a kettle, a microwave, a small fridge, and nice comfy bed. The weather forecast was unpleasant during our stay, and we were afraid that it would be cold, but the apartment has very cool autonomic heating system, so it was super warm :) Restaurants, shops, galeries with souvenirs, main square and castle - everything is super close, you can't expect anything to be closier :) The parking is also convenient, no problems to find a place for a car in the yard.

Apartment is modern and has a good location - on the main street, everything is in walkable distance, manor, tourist center and a church. Beds mattresses are soft but good, beds can be moved together if needed. There was a microwave, coffee machine and a fridge. Car can be parked just by the door for free. Host quickly replies to messages, is friendly and helpful.

When you book to stay here, the owner sends you a message telling you how to get in using the key in the key box by the front door. It couldn't be easier. The place itself is compact, although there's plenty of room to spread out a bit. There was soap in the bathroom, and even a coffee machine with plenty of coffee. The location right next to the main square is about as good as it gets, and the best restaurant in town is literally just round the corner. This is the fourth place I've stayed in in Rokiškis, and it beats all of the others. I'll be staying here again the next time that I visit.

The owner has sent photo of the door to make it easier to find the apartment. The key was on the left side and it was easy to get, however, some people may have difficulty in opening it.
