Great location if you are to explore the area or launch on a boat trip. A comfortable guest house in a walking distance from everything you might need in Roja - the port, nature trails, shops and cafes. Good breakfast, amiable and friendly host. Will definitely consider it an option if ever in this region.

We absolutely loved our stay at guest house UPE. The room was very comfy, big, spotless clean, cozy and included all you might need. The guest house itself and space around it also are very neat, tidy & beautiful. The hosts are the most heartfelt, welcoming & absolutely amazing people. And breakfast was just superb with lots of absolutly delicious meals cooked especially for us by the hosts. We 10000% & more recommend you to stay at this wonderful place any time when you are in Roja. You surely will be met as a friend or a family member not just a guest for the night. Modern, new, perfectly clean..and a terrific breakfast. Plenty of on- site parking which seems very secure. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Great guest house with very welcoming host. Location is quite central, but on a very quiet street. Forest park along the river is nearby and I really recommend to have a walk there. The room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely and home made, I especially liked pancakes!

Modern nice place. Good breakfast. Nor far from the sea. Owner is a treasure throw of information about Roja (and Latvia in general).

Upe is a lovely hotel, and the team is super helpful and accommodating. The property itself is actually more attractive than the pics show, as are the rooms. Our room was lovely, bright and spacious. A short stroll to the forest, and also down to town and beach.
